Please allow 1 to 2 working days for our team to pick and get your order ready. We aim for the delivery of your order within 5 to 7 working days. The delivery of special, bespoke, or custom orders may have a longer lead time.

Click & Collect
- We provide a Click & Collect service from our Cork & Dublin showrooms for a fee of €38. At checkout, please highlight which showroom you can to collect your order from.
- Customers in France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark & Poland can collect their orders from our Macroom Warehouse only at this time.
We'll update you via email and/or by phone, when your order is ready for collection. Call or email our team to arrange a collection time at the location of your choice.
Upon collection, you will be required to show your order confirmation and photo ID.
Additional Information
- Deliveries over 30kg will arrive on a pallet and will usually be dropped via a tail lift vehicle. Our delivery partners will drop it as close to your door as is physically possible and safe. Due to safety and insurance regulations, we cannot carry your delivery inside your home.

- We will refund orders up to 14 days after the date of delivery for online orders only! We do not accept returns of leftover or partial materials.
- Goods being returned must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. The items must be in a resalable condition otherwise we have the right to refuse returns.
- Special, Bespoke or Custom order products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- We cannot accept returns on adhesives, grouts, compounds, wood floors, or laminate flooring. This ensures the products we supply are always at their best.
